The ZW32-12TS type primary and secondary deep integration pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is the latest generation of products developed by our company in accordance with the grid connection requirements of the State Grid for the complete set of primary and secondary integration pole-mounted switches. The circuit breaker complies with the requirements of the State Grid for the complete set of pole-mounted switches for primary and secondary integration. The circuit breaker adopts a unified parameter set for phase sequence and zero sequence voltage. The requirements for the complete set of pole-mounted switches with secondary fusion of phase sequence and zero sequence currents have the advantages of simple structure, reasonable layout, complete functions and excellent performance. All the indicators of the circuit breaker and the integrated power intake sensor are cast into an integrated pole column. It features a wide measurement range, high measurement accuracy, high reliability, and the integration of measurement, power supply and protection. When used in conjunction with the primary and secondary integrated feeder terminal, it can quickly and accurately determine various faults in the line.

It adopts a three-phase separated column structure, with the three-phase primary circuit installed in the insulating sleeves of each phase. When a single-phase fault occurs, it will not cause a three-phase short circuit.

It adopts a new type of miniaturized vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, with a ceramic shell, copper-chromium contacts, and longitudinal magnetic field arc extinguishing method. The breaking performance is stable and reliable, the contact wear is small, and there is no risk of combustion or explosion.

The vacuum interrupter is installed in an insulating sleeve, and the entire vacuum interrupter is sealed in the insulating cylinder with a silicone rubber sleeve, eliminating short-circuit faults caused by condensation and requiring no maintenance for 20 years.

The insulating cylinder is made of imported outdoor epoxy resin material or silicone rubber material. It has good hydrophobicity and anti-pollution ability, and can be used in harsh outdoor environments.

It adopts a new type of spring operating mechanism, featuring a novel, simple structure, small volume, reliable operation and a mechanical life of up to 10,000 times.

It adopts a fully sealed structure. The operating mechanism is installed inside the box, which has good sealing performance and improves the moisture-proof and rust-proof performance. There is no transformer oil or sulfur hexafluoride gas inside the box, meeting the requirements of oil-free transformation and environmental protection.

The surface of the box is made of stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 304 with plastic coating, which has excellent corrosion resistance.

The circuit breaker is equipped with an electric operating mechanism. The electric mechanism is powered by the terminal of the primary and secondary integrated feeder. Besides having the functions of electric energy storage, electric opening and closing, and overcurrent protection, it also has the functions of manual energy storage, manual opening and closing, local interlock, and reclosing on/off.
