Mid Span Joint JYD
The DKLINE JY type mid span joint is a full tension splicing sleeve for ACSR conductor in transmission and distribution lines.
The full tension mid span joint consist of a high strength (tensile strength ≥78.4MPa) aluminium alloy seamless sleeve and hot dip galvanized mild steel tube (tensile strength ≥372.5MPa）
The applicable range from 4.8mm to 58.3mm

DESCRIPTION
The DKLINE JY type mid span joint is a full tension splicing sleeve for ACSR conductor in transmission and distribution lines.
The splice consist a steel splice for the steel core and a large diameter and longer splice for aluminium portion.
When installation the outer splice must be threaded on first and slid along the conductor and the steel splice compressed first and then the outer splice slid back over the steel splice and then compressed,
