DESCRIPTION
NLL series aluminium alloy strain clamp is suitable for aerial line up to 20kv,fixing aluminium wire of steel core aluminium wire on the strain pole,aerial insulation aluminium conductor and insulation aluminium cover are being used together.It’s cation is insulation protection.
1. The wire clip shall bear all the tension of the wire or lightning rod (cable) and the grip force of the wire clip shall not be less than 90% of the rated tension of the installation wire or lightning rod. However, bolt type and wedge type tensioning clip are not used as conductors.
2. Wire clip in addition to bear all the tension of wire or lightning rod, and as a conductor of compression type and hydraulic pressure and explosion of two kinds of tension clip.
3. The body and pressing block are aluminum alloy, which has energy-saving effect. The closing pin is stainless steel, and the rest are hot-dip galvanized steel.
