The silastic shed adopt the whole packing pressure technique,and then to solve the key problem---interface electric spark puncture,which would affect the reliability of composite insulator,connection of the glassfiber rod and metal fittings,high intension,beautiful outline,small volume,light weight,and the metal fitting of galvanization can corrosion prevention and exchange used with porcelain insulator, this product is reliable.

DESCRIPTION
1) Rod suspension composite insulator
2) Rated voltage:12~500KV
3) Rated mechanism stretch withstand:70KN,100KN,160KN
4) The design of shed adopted unique aerodynamics principle
5) The shed and sheath adopted the whole muldimg technique
6) Sheath thickness≥5mm,and it is the same thick,accord with the IEC international standard
7) Adport ERC high-temperature fortified acid-proof model core rod.
8) The end seal adopted the high temperature sulfuration high pressure seal technique ,to achieve to the aim of three-protection,to ensure the edn seal of metal fitting is realiable performance.
9) The unique notch design of metal fitting&same thickness of notch prevent top end discharge
10) Adopt international joint technique for metal fitting connection
11) The galvanizing coat metal fitting adopt the technique of rare earth aluminum hor galvanizin,to avoid the zinc coat drop out during compaction joint.
12) Import original material manufacture of products,which the hydrophobicity can reach to HCI level.
