Wiring method of lug

1. Tools and materials: Obtain required tools and materials, such as wire strippers, crimping pliers, heat shrink tubing, and insulation tapes.

2. Strip the wire: Use a wire stripper to strip a certain length of the insulation layer of the wire to be connected. Generally, the length of the strip should be equivalent to the length of the jack of the wiring terminal.

3. Open the wiring terminal: Use a wire stripper or other tool to open the spring of the wiring terminal to insert the wire.

4. Insert the wire: Insert the wire into the jack of the wiring terminal. Ensure that the wire is inserted to an appropriate depth and the metal part between the plug and the jack is fully in contact.

5. Handle the wire: Press the wire tightly with crimping pliers to ensure a tight fit between the metal part of the wire and the plug of the terminal.

6. Insulation treatment: Use materials such as heat shrink tubing or insulation tape to insulate terminals and wires to avoid short circuit or damage caused by contact with other metal parts or moisture.
