What should I pay attention to when installing UT cable clamp?

There are several points to note when installing UT cable clips:
1. Apply lubricant to the thread before installation.
2. There should be no obvious loose strands in the bent part of the cable. The broken end of the cable should be firmly fixed to the main cable. The length of the tail cable exposed at the clamp should be three to five centimeters. The tail cable should be tied firmly to the main cable after turning back.
3. The tongue plate of the cable clamp should be in close contact with the pull wire, and there should be no sliding after being stressed. The protruding belly of the cable clamp is on the tail line side. Do not damage the wire strands during installation.
4. Use 3.2mm small galvanized iron wire to tie the wire. The long end of the binding wire should be fifteen turns, and the short end should be five turns. The tail wire of the binding wire should be twisted and tied firmly. Leave the short end of the tie line 25mm away from the line and the tie line should be even and tight.
5. After attaching the nut to the UT-type wire clamp, the exposed thread length of the screw should be one-third of the total thread length. After tightening, the double nuts of the UT-type wire clamp are tightened together.
6. When using double clamps and connecting plates for the same group of cables, the direction of the tail ends should be consistent.
