(1) Connecting fittings

The suspension insulators are assembled into strings, and one or more strings of insulator strings are connected and suspended on the pole and tower cross arm. Connection fittings are divided into special connection fittings and general connection fittings.

(2)Suspension clamp

It plays a supporting role and hangs the wire on the linear pole. It can also be used to support the transposition wire on the transposition pole and fix the non-linear pole jumper. Has a good dynamic stress bearing capacity, can provide enough grip force to protect the wire.

(3)Tension clamp

Under full tension, connect the wire or ground wire to the terminal pole and tensioning pole. A fixture for fixing overhead wires at both ends of a stretch section of a line, mainly used in a string of insulators for stretch, corner and terminal poles.

(4)Connecting fittings

Connecting fittings are used to connect wires or lightning arrester wires, mainly for connecting pipes and repair pipes used in various crimping methods of wires (clamp, hydraulic pressure, explosion pressure, etc.), and groove clamp, pre-twisted wire, etc.

When the cross section of the conductor is less than or equal to 240mm2, the clamp connection is used. When the cross section of the conductor is greater than or equal to 300 mm2, the pressure connection is used, such as hydraulic or explosive pressure connection. The lightning arrester cable is connected by crimping.

In addition to bearing the tension of the wire or lightning rod, most of the connecting fittings also conduct the same electrical load as the wire.

(5)Protective fitting

Connectors that improve or protect the mechanical and electrical working conditions of wire and insulator connection strings.

(6)Wire fittings

A metal device for connecting, fixing, adjusting and protecting a cable from a tower to a ground anchor, used to connect a cable and withstand tension.

It is mainly used for fastening, adjusting and connecting the cable of the rod tower, which can be divided into three categories: tight line, adjustment and connection. As shown in the figure is the adjustable UT clamp, the clamp can be used to adjust the tension of the cable; Adjustable U-screw, can adjust the tension of the cable; The wedge can be attached to the clamp body to hold the cable.
