Grounding rods have many anti-corrosion measures

Corrosion of copper-clad steel grounding electrode devices is one of the main causes of the accident. The corrosion of steel bodies in the soil is mainly electrochemical corrosion. Many units in China are carrying out research in this area and proposing many anti-corrosion measures. The main reason for the expansion of multiple grounding devices inside and outside the power grid is the serious lack of heat capacity of the grounding device, some ion grounding poles caused by corrosion, and some due to design and improper construction; The grounding device accident continues for a long time, and the exothermic welding maintenance cannot be quickly removed, which provides time conditions for the accident. The method of resistive agent in hot-dip steel plus anti-corrosion nano-conductive coating is significantly better than that of pure hot-dip galvanized steel grounding material.
Copper-clad steel grounding pole is used in individual environments and special environments of wet, saline, acidic soil and chemical attack media, and individual anti-corrosion treatment is not done. There are no special requests for soil, and the smaller the soil resistivity, the better. If the soil conductivity is not satisfactory for application, the burial depth can be deepened individually. Because the content of active ions in the soil is one of the factors affecting the grounding resistance, many soils containing active electrolytic ions are relatively sparse, and the simple grounding body will not reach the grounding request.
